We are pleased to announce the launch of 3769A, a solvent-free UV curing protective adhesive specially developed for high-gloss surface protection in high-end electronics CNC machining. Designed for fast curing and automated dispensing, 3769A helps manufacturers protect machined surfaces from scratches, fingerprints and process contamination while keeping production lines running at full speed.

Why High-Gloss CNC Protection Matters

High-end electronic components such as aluminum alloy frames, housings and precision structural parts demand flawless, high-gloss surfaces. During CNC machining, handling and downstream processing, these finished surfaces are exposed to scratches, dust, cutting fluid and mild oxidation. Rework caused by surface defects is costly and delays delivery. A reliable temporary protective coating has therefore become an essential step for manufacturers pursuing zero-defect high-gloss output.

Introducing 3769A UV Protective Adhesive

3769A is a blue, solvent-free UV-curable adhesive formulated to form a tough yet easily peelable protective film. It cures rapidly under UV energy of 800 mJ/cm², creating a low-hardness, highly tough coating that protects CNC-machined surfaces through subsequent processes. When protection is no longer needed, the film peels off cleanly in one piece with no residue, restoring the original high-gloss appearance.
